Closer can now read private lending mortgage instructions with AI and fill in the mortgage details for you.
Key Details
- Availability: Works on Purchase and Refinance matters, whether acting for the borrower or the lender, when the lender type is set to Private Lender.
- How to use: Keep the AI toggle on (default), upload the instructions, and review the populated fields before intaking them into the matter.
Primary PIN Ordering & Contrast Improvements
What's New
The Primary PIN now displays first in the overview section of the Title Search tab, and the primary star icon has been darkened for better visibility.

- Consistent Ordering: Primary PIN placement now matches the Property Details order across all views.

- Easy Tracking: Easily reference and retrieve archived matters from storage facilities using their sequential closed-out file number.
Lender Reference Numbers Included in Teranet E-Reg XML

When exporting a Charge for Teranet e-reg, the Lender Reference Number (Loan Reference #) is now automatically included in the default XML file.
